By participating, you agree to file form CCC36 with the NRCS for the practices which Ashwood provides assistance. Ashwood will cover the costs of biochar and shipping plus make a farmer payment to you upon the completion of your contract. If you choose to implement the practices yourself, you will receive your biochar delivered to your farm upon request to Ashwood. If you would like Ashwood and/or affiliates to complete the spreading of biochar and/or cover crop seeds, we will work with you to schedule this after harvest is completed in the fall.
